Shipping

Discreet packaging. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents. The return address and billing descriptor will not mention adult products.

Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping cost. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns

Hygiene policy. For health and safety reasons, intimate products (including toys, lubricants, and lingerie) that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened items. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled, but unopened items may be returned under the policy above.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
